After our visit to Gateway Arch National Park and lunch at Imo's Pizza, we headed south to the Ulysses S Grant National Historic Site. We watched the park movie, and went for a short partially ranger-guided tour of the home called White Haven.
After the ranger-guided portion of the tour we checked out the grounds on our own, including the winter kitchen,
the summer kitchen
and the hen house.
We then headed to the museum to learn more about the 18th President of the US. We ended our trip with Sierra earning her Jr. Ranger badge.
